Our Jamaican Tallpost bed is a fine example of traditional West Indian form. The graceful, elaborately carved headboard appears to flow seamlessly into the concave-convex rope twist head posts. The foot posts feature an acanthus leaf vase and reeded urn. The blocks, decorated with inset bees wing panels and hand-carved bolt covers, are joined by a delicate, ribbon-carved cross rail. Offered here in a traditional finish. Optional flat canopy frame and finials are available.
